Elk River Kayak and Canoe Club!
This is a kayak and canoe club located on Elkhurst Rd. on the beautiful Elk River in Clay Co. West Virginia. The Elk River consists of mostly class 1 & 2 water. Its great for recreation kayaking, canoeing, tubing and fishing. This page is for info, Q&A and comments about the club and related activities of interest to our members. It is also the clubs bulletin board. If its related or would be of interest to our members...post it. No life stories please. We here at Elk River Navy feel strongly about this endevor and our passion for water sports. We have some great idea for a successful season on the water. However we are not limiting ourselves to just the Elk River. We are always planning other excursions as well. Every body of water is diffrent as is the scenery. Whether an experienced paddler or beginner we will help you with the right craft and equipment which best meets your needs, always with safety in mind.
